We will do our very best to accommodate you: customer service and satisfaction are of the highest priority for us and we want to ensure all customers are delighted with the general experience. We will confirm receipt of your order by sending you an email summarising the details of your order. If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS AND COSTS
To make sure that your order arrive in perfect condition Sole di San Martino srl team up with one of the leaders in the specialized transport of wines and depreciable goods. This guarantees that our products will receive the most care and attention when they are on the move. Shipping cost varies according to the destination and the weight of the goods. Some countries do not allow shipping. Please, therefore, ask for information and any estimate including also the shipping costs to the email address: ordini@soledisanmartino.com

GOODS INSPECTION AND REPORTING OF HIDDEN DAMAGE
The integrity and completeness of the goods should be checked at the time of delivery. In the event that the goods are withdrawn by the recipient “without reservation” and emerge, from a subsequent check, anomalies or breakages, it is essential to report to us, with both description and photo, within 3 business days of receiving the products. We would be glad to provide a replacement of the damaged packages depending on availability.

OPTIONS AND GUARANTEES
Sole di San Martino srl reserves the right to substitute products that may no longer be available with others of equal (or greater) quality and commercial value. Furthermore, reserves the right to inform the Customer of products not temporarily available in stock and to agree on different delivery terms. The Customer will be free to decide whether to accept or reject the options offered by Sole di San Martino srl.

PRICE LIST
The prices are inclusive of packing, calculated on the basis of the applicable rates by law for individual products. All prices are rounded to the second decimal place.

CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
We accept payment by credit card or by bank transfer in advance.

A SPECIAL GIFT
For orders of value equal to or greater than 750 euros (excluding VAT and transport), received by 02/12/2025 Customer is entitled to receive the following gift: Panettone cake with white, dark and milk chocolate, with milk and dark chocolate chips, coated with white chocolate and hazelnuts grains 1500 g, Sparkling wine charmat method 1500 ml.

THE CONTRACT
The contract of sale is concluded between SOLE DI SAN MARTINO srl – Fraz. Annunziata 14/a, 12064 La Morra (CN) Italy (hereinafter: “Sole di San Martino srl”) and the Customer, and has as its object the sale of food products. The Customer is configurable as a legal entity and not as a final consumer and, therefore, it is not applicable as governed by legislative decree 21 February 2014, n. 21, in implementation of directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. With this contract, Sole di San Martino srl transfers or undertakes to transfer the ownership of these goods to the Customer who pays for them or
undertakes to pay the price. These conditions of sale are considered as accepted at the same time in which the Customer
places the order, committing to pay the price of the products ordered.

Annunziata 14/a, 12064 La Morra (CN) Italy, for order management purposes in all its stages, as well as for administrative, accounting and by law, regulation and community law.
